Warranty Policy
Limited Warranty – 1 Year Coverage
Zechee provides a one-year limited warranty for all products sold, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation.
What is Covered
Products found to be defective due to manufacturing issues, non-conformity, or component failure not caused by external factors.
Claims made within 12 months from the date of delivery.
Replacement or repair (at Zechee’s discretion) of the defective product, or a refund if repair/replacement is not feasible.
What is Not Covered
Damage caused by misuse, incorrect wiring, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or mishandling.
Defects resulting from accidents, fire, water exposure, lightning, or other force majeure.
Normal wear and tear or consumables.
Products used outside of their specified rating or environment.
Warranty Procedure
Contact Zechee with order details and issue description.
Zechee will evaluate the claim and may request product return for inspection.
Upon validation, we will proceed with repair, replacement, or refund.
Shipping cost for return may be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is confirmed to be defective under warranty.
