Returns & Cancellations

Returns

Customers (other than Consumers) may request to return products subject to the following conditions. A handling charge may apply unless the return is due to a defect covered under warranty. All return requests are subject to ZECCHEE’s approval.

Return Conditions:

  1. Customers must contact ZECCHEE to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be quoted on all return-related paperwork.

  2. Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery or collection date (as shown on the delivery documents).

  3. Products must be returned:

    • In their original packaging and condition,

    • In a resalable state,

    • With any original documentation included.

  4. The customer must follow any specific return instructions provided by ZECCHEE.

  5. Products must be adequately packed and clearly labeled using the return address label issued with the RMA.

  6. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the returned parcel.

ZECCHEE reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the above conditions (e.g., returned after the 30-day window or in unsellable condition). In such cases, the product may be returned to the customer at their expense.

ZECCHEE is not responsible for any loss or damage of goods in transit where return shipping is arranged by the customer.

If the return is due to an error caused by ZECCHEE, customers may request a credit, replacement, or refund. In this case:

  • An RMA number must still be obtained and quoted.

  • Return must still be made within 30 days.

  • Products must be returned in original, resalable condition.

  • ZECCHEE will arrange collection via courier and provide the appropriate shipping label.


Cancellations

ZECCHEE may, at its sole discretion, accept order cancellations under the following conditions:

  1. The product is not defective or mis-shipped.

  2. The customer provides a reasonable explanation for the cancellation. (Note: long lead time is not a valid reason.)

  3. Cancellation is subject to manufacturer approval, if applicable.

  4. ZECCHEE must confirm the cancellation in writing.

  5. Any manufacturer-imposed cancellation charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

  6. The customer must issue a purchase order to cover any such charges.
